Uniquely, the Northport boys and girls basketball are both playing in Suffolk County championship games this week.

The girls, seeded No. 1, will play Saturday at 7:30 p.m. versus No. 2 Longwood at St. Joe’s.

The boys, seeded No. 2, will play Friday at at 8:30 p.m. versus No. 1 Brentwood at Farmingdale State.
