Islip girls soccer head coach Mike Reilly reached an impressive career milestone this week, earning his 300th victory as the Buccaneers defeated East Hampton High School, 6-0.

The milestone represents years of dedication to the Islip girls soccer program and the hundreds of student-athletes Reilly has coached throughout his career.

While 300 victories are a significant measure of sustained success, Reilly’s impact on the program extends well beyond wins and losses. Through the years, he has helped develop generations of student-athletes while building a program centered on teamwork, commitment and pride in representing Islip.

The 6-0 victory over East Hampton provided a fitting moment for Reilly and his team to celebrate a milestone built over years of work on the sidelines and countless practices, games and seasons with Islip student-athletes.

Congratulations to Coach Reilly on 300 career victories and an outstanding milestone in Islip athletics history.
