Harborfields tennis coach Bob Davis, and Connetquot wrestling coach Bill Santoro received recognition from the NYSPHSAA this week.
Already announced months ago, these honors were formally bestowed upon the coaches during a Section XI Executive meeting.
Davis, photographed above, was named NYSPHSAA and National Northeast Tennis Coach of the Year.
Santoro was named NYSPHSAA Wrestling Coach of the Year, but was unable to attend, so Connetquot Athletic Director, Mark Dellecave, accepted on his behalf.
