Section XI placed second in Division I and seventh in Division II for overall sectional points at the NYSPHSAA Wrestling Championships.
Four wrestlers from Section XI were crowned New York State champions:
- Matt Marlow 118 – Northport, Division I
- Stephen Lukas 132 – Eastport-South Manor, Division I
- Max Gallagher 126 – Bayport Blue Point, Division II
- Joe Sparacio – 132 – Mattituck, Division II
