The Section XI Executive Board is now complete for the 2020-2021 year.
New to the board is Patchogue-Medford Athletic Director Ryan Cox, who will be the 2nd Vice President of Section XI. He replaces Deb Ferry on the board.
“Ryan has big shoes to fill,” said Tom Combs, Executive Director of Section XI.
Ferry was Past President of Section XI for the past two years and served on the executive board for the past eight years in an exemplary manner.
“Deb gives 110 percent to everything she does,” said Combs. “We welcome Ryan to the executive board and look forward to utilizing Ryan’s work ethic, dedication and commitment to move Section XI forward.”
Section XI is also excited about the addition of Shelter Island Athletic Director Todd Gulluscio to the board as the male representative to NYSPHSAA.
Gulluscio replaces Tim Mullins who moved to the NYSPHSAA Executive Board.
“It’s an honor to serve with such enthusiastic and devoted individuals,” said Combs.
